There’s not much background of this picture, so it’s not easy to say. It looks to me that the black stuff you are interested is “autophagosome”. These two autophagosomes are situated in two phagocytic vacuoles. The bright light white stuff is due the embedding artifact. Is the whole thing a parasite? Looks like it is sitting in the epithelial cell, inside a parasitophorous vacule. I’m not sure about the SEM image, is it the bacteria?
